The Journey

Bhutan Private Trekking Journeys are for travellers who want the country beyond its road-accessible valleys — sacred high lakes, alpine passes and yak-herder landscapes, walked at altitude with a full private support crew.

Trekking here is a real physical effort: long walking days, changing weather, camping and thin mountain air. The premium is in the support — a licensed guide, cook team, horses, careful acclimatisation and comfortable hotels before and after.

Choose from routes such as the Druk Path or the remote Nub Tshonapata, with Jomolhari, Dagala and shorter supported treks on request. You carry only a daypack; the team handles everything else.

No. You carry only a daypack. Horses and a full crew move the gear, with a cook team and complete camp setup waiting for you each evening.
